This amazing venue with over a million square feet of event space, gives AV limitless possibilities in terms of creativity and unique design. Our team has worked with the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) from the early start of the East and West entrances to the newer North and South sections. Having run multiple shows of different sizes, attendee levels and AV production, we are familiar and always coming up with new ways to run extraordinary events!
We know all the access points to this venue, such as the back outdoor docks on the East and West, and underground access on the North and South. When it comes to a smooth setup with no road blocks, accessibility is key and we know from experience how to get things done. Saving time in traffic and entry and exit is a key factor of efficiency that is at the core of all professional AV services.
Whether your event is at the Valencia Ballroom with its great space for award ceremonies and meetings, or a live performance at the Linda Chapin Theatre, we have worked with great internal teams of electricians and support staff at the Orange County Convention Center. They always go above and beyond for us.
Through long-term working relationships and a friendly internal team, we always get full support to execute our production anywhere in the venue for each unique event. We have specifically been able to execute very creative rigging and LED Wall Displays. Our programmable LED lighting helps enhance our client events and our LED Video Walls are customizable going up to 100 ft by 25 ft! We are proud of our work and this great space gives us a larger than average opportunity to spread our creativity.
